I have a property on London I have been living in but for the summer I put it on Airbnb.
I'm reaching my 90 day short term let limit and i'm looking for longer term tenants.

One of my Airbnb guests would like a long-term arrangement, possible 6-12 months.
He would only need to stay Monday to Friday (I would stay there some weekends).

Would this fall into a AST type arrangement and are there any websites with sample contracts I could use ?

I have no experience of renting out properties (outside of Airbnb).

Would it continue to be your home, and would there be times when you and your "guest" were using the property at the same time? If it becomes a tenancy, then your tenant has a right of quiet enjoyment, so you'd need to consider how you'd deal with your weekend usage.
