Hello

I sent a Pre-Action letter to a defendant, and, apart from claiming costs, I included a claim for damages, (trespass, and other activity).

He has not responded within the 28 days period.

I am about to issue a Money Claim Online, how can I make the claim for damages on the Claim Form, please?.

How have you arrived at the value of the claim for damages?
Do you mean compensation for a loss?

You need to be more specific.Is this for example a tenant with arrears who has in addition done damage that has caused you expense? If so,you would have to have proof such as photographs and invoices.You may  also  need to complete a Scotts Schedule (you can get info online) and any reports from an independant  expert if relevant.You would not be able to claim for things like your time or stress. Don't build your hopes up!
