Hello...so we're now considering the section 8 and or 21 route. Has anyone had any experience of what will happen in court after the 6 months is up from serving the sections? Is it wise to engage someone with experience in this field to help us or can we do this ourselves? Thank you.

Hi I'm in the process of serving a S8/21
I would recommend you get a qualified solicitor to serve it because one tiny mistake will make it invalid and it could be another year before you can re serve it.
