I have just been notified that I have the neighbour from hell at one of my rented properties.  I have gone through the correct channels (council, Police etc)
My tenant has now vacated.
How can I advertise this property legally?  I only have a few stories of issues and have never heard it myself so don't feel I have to advertise a major problem although I need to say something to cover myself??
