When I moved into my apartment in London last month I found that the electric central heating and hot water system didn't work so I reported this to the agent and it took them 3 weeks to fix this, should I be entitled to some form of compensation?? Thanks for reading

It depends if that was a reasonable time to get the problem fixed and/or whether they should reasonably have known that before you moved in? If so, what cost(s) did you incur that you otherwise wouldn't? Thirdly, is the resulting figure worth pursuing for you?
