   The management company recommended the builder. I paid the builder through the estate agents account for work done. £10,000. Estate agent says I haven't paid everything  I owe the builder. No invoices given. He has told the main office to withhold my rents for two properties since October. Terminated the management contract
but agent telling the tenants  t hey are bound to original agreement and must pay him. Tenant refusing to pay me as he needs to take legal advice. Estate agent originally  said he was going to send me management contract via e mail hasn't done so despite requests. In arrears with mortgages. Can you advise  Please?
