Hi all

Is there a legal limit to the number of properties someone can be a guarantor for.

Someone mention to me their parent couldn't be a guarantor as they had reached their limit !

I have tried google etc and just can't seen to find any reference to a limit which makes me think there isn't one

Would appreciate any help or comment

One wonders if the person meant their parent had reached their limit with them! Otherwise the person is likely trying to hoodwink you... for what reason?

I may have misunderstood what you are saying here, but if the gist of it is that you are trying to help a propective tenant scratch round trying to find a guarantor..... then this is heading for an unhappy ending
