hi, weve rented our 2nd house to a tennant for the last 2.5yrs, weve never had any problems in the past but for one reason and another, things have turned "sour". Last year she signed a ast and asked if she could have it for 4yrs, this was due to her then partner putting the pressure on her to move away with him, and she wanted a "get out clause"...... we did this....... now, due to problems.... we need to change the tennancy agreement to 12months. I cant find the copy of the tenancy agreement we signed and although she hasnt admited it, I have a very strong feeling she has lost hers too!!!!  can we request that she signs another???
Any advice would be great!!!

I think there is not much choice here. If you are certain she has lost it, just tell her that you also have. And ask her to sign a new one.
