My tenants have apparently applied for a new high efficiency boiler to be installed in my property.  Am I right in thinking that they need my permission to do this?  The appliances in my property are all have current testing certificates from registered  technicians.

Of course they need your permission and on the basis that it is your property, who is paying for it?
