I am renting my house through estate agents.  I have intergrated kitchen appliances which are 7years old. Do I or do the tennets have to have these insured. Because these are 7 years old I said if these broke down I didnt think I would have to replace them.

Unless you have an agreement with the tenants to the contrary, if you rent a house out with appliances then if they break (other than through misuse) it is your responsibility to repair or replace them.
