Hi all, had an issue with my property,

Seemed I was doing all the letting agents work, anyway I was copied on an email about a few issues.

Should I email the tenant directly just to inform them that the work will be done (just to ensure they know im a good decent landlord etc), as the agent doesnt seem to be keeping them update

Whats im trying to say is how much contact should i have with the tenant on a fully managed property?
