Increasing monthly rent

Hello, I have a second property that I rent out. My current tenants have been in since 8th August 2019. As 2 years have passed I would like to increase the rent and want to know how much notice I have to give and do I have to use Form 4, Section 13? The tenancy is an assured shorthold tenancy agreement, with an initial term of 1 year and continuing on a year to year basis until either I or the tenant terminates the tenancy. The rent is payable monthly on the 8th of each month. Can you help please?

If this was my tenant,I would write or email today,and state that the new rent will commence on Sept.8th.I would not use any special form,and say that if they wish to remain with the new rent,can they change their standing order.If they don't want to stay,can they contact me.I don't think you need to give 2 months notice,but that is my system.
