Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, I guess like a number of others, you find these sites when you need help.

So we have had the council in the property, an old victorian, and the assessment that has come through, part of it we will carry out the work and part of it, we are going to contest.

I've two questions, has anyone had success with contesting part of the Improvement notice? the second question is once the works have been carried out and approved by the council, how long do I have to wait until I can remove the tenants from the property?

Any of your thoughts and opinions are much welcomed.
