Hi Everyone,
I'm putting a property on the market with existing (excellent) tenants, I'm marketing it with the option of selling with or without the current tenants.
If this is bought by an investor, do they have to give the current tenants 4 months notice to leave and / or increase their rent, or can they do that immediately?

They will have the same options / obligations as you do, other than they won't have the option of s8g1 notice. Nothing changes for the tenant.
