hello everyone
I current rent  out a 5 bedroom house to 4 people with disabilities they have a live in career who sleeps in the 5th bedroom.
The tennants each rent a bedroom not  the whole of house every thing else is shared
Should the care agency pay for the use of the bedroom
Also should I have to pay for a bedroom window to be changed from top open side  operating so it can be used as a means  of escape in case of a fire its just a normal semi detached house
