I have had a house rented out through an agent to the same Tenant for the last 11 months , and it's time to renew next month , These guys have been very reliable throughout , and I'm thinking of cutting the agent out as I don't see they are adding any value , just cost !
As I understand, I need to set up my own Tenancy agreement and take a deposit which I then need to register.
Any tips on where to get a Tenancy agreement form from, and also if I have to take a deposit, as I might not bother if I don't need to. Also anything else I need to consider , like how to handle the Agent.
