I am a freehold owner of a shop with flat obove.
My tenent applied for planning permission for shop signs from local council it was passed without my consent and they have now attached signs to "my" property not even on the shop.
1/ Can I remove them ?
2/ what is the legal situation re lease ?
3/ can I ask the council to revoke the planning consent ?
4/ Where do these people get the cheek to do things like this ?

Surely I should be consulted regarding anything being attached to my property and I will have to sign acceptance for legality ?
Any helpfull and constructive advice would be welcome.
