Quick one about GSC.

In a new build flat where the gas appliances have been installed by appropriately qualified professionals - do I still need a GSC immediately?

I fear the answer is 'yes' but live in hope.....

Did they supply a safety certificate that was valid for a year after they installed it?  I think the answer to that question will be the answer to your question.
