Hi all,

I signed up with Howsy and just wondered if anyone has any experience with them as a landlord.  They have some great reviews on Trustpilot but my experience has been it is like dealing with people who's feet are stuck in treacle.   I am now 2 days out from a tenant supposedly moving in, and I still have not seen the finalised TA - let alone signed it.    They are super-low responding to emails, can't get the account manager on the phone (only managed this trick once) and often only answer 1 out of 3 queries put in an email - meaning I  have to go back and ask again, and again.

Oh and their online system sucks - it's better than it was (used to enter things and have them disappear next time you logged on) but it's frustrating and with limited functionality - which means instead of putting things there, you again, have to email and hope someone actually takes what you said on-board, which can;t be guaranteed when you often don't get your account manager, but get someone else who add to the general confusion by not being on the same page.

I can only imagine how this will work out once we actually have a tenant in there...

Frustrating enough to make me think about going back to high street agency...

Hi there - I know this is a very old post but I'm wondering if I can ask you for your experience working with this company? I'm trying to understand if I can use a company like this rather than high-street
