I've just noticed that my EPC on one of the houses I rent out is out of date.. is it a matter of urgency..? And does anyone have a rough idea what a renewal costs before I start ringig around..?? Thanks in advance

Yes, get the EPC done as I believe not having a valid EPC negates your ability to serve a S21, should you need to. (Mine expired last month and it cost me £50.)
