Hi everyone.
I'm wondering if there is any advantage to using the PCOL system, when compared to the paper forms, in terms of speed of the process?
I've issued a section 8, using grounds 8, 10, 11 regarding rent arrears. Unfortunately, I also chose to include ground 12 for breach of tenancy, which if I understand correctly means I'm unable to use PCOL. My dilemma is whether or not it's worth issuing a new section 8, omitting ground 12, and waiting the 2 weeks for it to expire just for the privilege of using the online system.
