Hi all, i hope you can advise me on an issue i have regarding a potential dss tenant. the dss rent allowance is £200 short of the rent so the tenants boyfriend who is working is going to pay the difference, i have her father as guarantor but should i have her boyfriend also . my worry is if they split up he wont pay the rent difference what do you think? thanks in advance
