Hi

Looking for some advice, I have served my tenant with an eviction notice via a solicitor, it is now going to court as the tenant is saying they did not receive the original AT% document.

However I have the signed declaration confirming the AT5 document was received 20 minutes before then signing the lease, I also kept a copy of this document as I knew I had to hand over the original.

I am unsure what else I would need to do to prove that the tenant was given the document? Solicitor says it's my word against theirs, any advice??

If you've got a signed document saying you've given a document then surely that's all you need?

Had to google AT5 which is a Scottish thing, so in the words of your illustrious leader "I'm oot"
