Hello i have an issue.. i have a new tenant that i advised her unit 2nd fl will not be ready till 3-8/9th-2014 she paid 1st month rent  signed her move in letter ..then  just the other day 3-2-14 she said she could not wait till the 8th that she had to leave asap .. so i offered her another rental same house  3rd fl doing her a favor and advised this is a temp unit till hers get ready and a  friend of mine who is out of town gave me permission to let her use her unit i cleaned the unit and put away some of the other tenants belongings in storage till the other was ready 3-8/9-2014 i gave the new tenant the keys and advised no one else has keys but me and no one could get in but she and i now.. when she gave me the rent i purchased items for the rental paint and flooring, she and her mom accepted the unit now she wants her money back and i dont have it what do i do? thank you

Withdraw the offer of an other unit.

Expect her to move in and pay rent.

I'd be wary of accepting any advice from this forum as it's UK based.  I'd put a shilling on you being in the the US?

That's why the dates all looked funny, why do they also say June twenty four, instead of the twenty forth of June, odd. Also can I get a coffee, it's have, not get.......
