Hi! I'm 17 years old and have an apprenticeship as a plumber, I want to move to a 1 bed private rented flat due to wanted to live closer to my sister and get self responsibility. Would a landlord let me rent a property? Also would I get help with the rent if I do to do so? Please help?!?! Thank you!

You are best speaking to specific landlords, not us.

You will need a deposit, references and possibly guarantors. A bed sit is more likely to be suitable for a bit, or look at rooms for Students, you'll get the whole house during the Holidays!
