Can I add my two pennyworth? Olweiser,sorry but your first query WAS confusing.You possibly mean that you want the current tenants out,and the other queries were about how you would proceed with the next ones? None of it made sense on first reading.
I know some of the Silverbacks on here can be a bit abrasive,but you did get defensive awfully quickly,a bit of self-deprecating humour can oil the wheels.They are an invaluable source of free information,and I have learnt a lot.
.Anyone following these forums will have seen the terrible penalties (in my opinion often quite disproportionate,but that's another matter) that some have been faced with.I have to add that if you have been in business for so long,and are as streetwise and savvy as you suggest,why the hell did you make such a schoolboy error with the deposit?
