Problems collecting payments

I have read a few posts where the tenant has left leaving monies owing or an agency has been holding on to rents that have been paid by the tenants.
I operate a Direct Debit agency that can collect regular payments on behalf of landlords and the money is guaranteed to be in your bank within 5 days.
If, for some reason, a tenant defaults you will know within 2 days of the money being due.

By this method you get your money on a fixed day every month and collection is under your control, not the tenants or an agency.

Chris,
Sorry for the delay, been away.
The 5 days is made up of transfer time but mostly is an allowance for rejection.
Most rejections happen within this period.

If you need any help and advice on collecting rents I can recommend Peter Seymour
