Hello,

Has anyone used PCOL to issue a warrant of possession?  The notice 8 was initially sent via a legal agency. I want now to issue a warrant of possession myself to reduce my cost but
I cannot find the claim on the PCOL system.  Have anyone had this problem before?  I have called several times customer services and there is no answer.
I thought by giving my name and the claim no I was able to access the records or it has to be the person who put the claim into the system?
Any tips will be appreciated.
