I phoned to check with my agency what would the best way be to arrange viewings to sell whilst I have tenants.  I was advised that they renewed the contract earlier this year so the contract does not run out until next year.

Only problem with this is I never requested or approved an extension, and would like to sell as soon as possible.

How does this leave me legally and what about the tenants?  They have been good tenants so I do not want to be harsh on them, but then I need to sell the property sooner rather than later.
