My gas oven failed its safety test as it did not have a Flame Failure Devices on the top hobs even though they were not fitted to this model a rangemaster.
Regarding the Flame Failure Devices what are the rules because i read that it only applies to flats and multi dwelling buildings and it does not include properties that are for commercial use only or detached , semi detached , terraced houses and houses with loft conversions. My house is an ex semi detached council house has he got it wrong or am i reading it wrong.
