Hi All,

I'm needing some advice..
I've recently giving up my full time job to look after my disabled daughter.
I currently rent a house out and in the process of BTL on another. This is my income, my hushband works full time
I was wondering if anyone has registed being a Landlord as a business?

Anyone done this?

I've read business have less tax to pay.. Am I right to think this?

Any help advice would be a great help

Lots of people have done it as a Ltd company.  The difficulty comes when obtaining a mortgage as a company and the different tax position when disposing of the company asset.

I wouldn't need for a mortgage, because im going to use my BTL I have already to gain at least two others, but I would need to think and gain more information regarding when disposing of the asset.
