Hi All. My tenant has informed me that they have had a letter through from the SSE informing them that they can get a smart meter installed. What I want to find out is if I'm liable for any costs (if there is any) or is my tenant? I'm happy for it to go ahead, but I don't want to fork out for it as it's their chosen provider. This is in Scotland. Any advice gratefully received!
