hi it looks like my estate agent has shut down shop and disappeared (not answering mail, phone call) with three months rent... tenants want to know what happened to their deposit etc... What can I do? Shall I report this straight to he police?

Don't allow LA to hold deposit or to be responsible for receiving rent.
After all how hard can it be to check your bank account to determine if the tenant has paid the rent.!!!!!!!!???
You don't have to allow the LA to have the deposit and rent.
