I am completing an accelerated possession order. Do I need to send three copies of the form only to court or three copies of the gas certificate, TDS certificate, how to rent guide, Section 21 and proof etc. It seems like a lot of paper!

I do not have proof of providing tenant with how to rent guide, but I definitely gave it to them. Will this affect my case?

Also, I do not have a cheque book so how can I pay the court?

Not sure if anyone has replied to your post but yes, you need 3 copies of EVERYTHING and yes, it is a lot of paper.  I have a family of 3 adults on the tenancy contract and they each had to have a copy so I needed to do 5 copies.

Send your paperwork in with a covering letter and a phone number that the courts can reach you at and they will call you to take a payment on your credit/bank card if you do not have a cheque book.  Alternatively, go to the building society and ask them to draw a cheque for you (it's been years since I did that so I hope that is still viable)

Can't help with the rent guide - I sent them it by email so I have proof that I did give it to them

Good luck with it - make sure you check every single bit of the form - the courts can chuck it out of bed if it is not correctly filled in or if you have not followed the correct proceedure

Thank you for your reply! I only just saw your response so waited for the cheque book to arrive. The courts have started proceedings so my paperwork must have beeb in order - I did check it ten times!
