My tenants have been no problem in the last two years, done 6 month reviews before and giving notice by wats app amd no problem with the property.
Tennant hasn't replied to my txt about 6 month review with a couple of dates suggested (next week) it's been a week without reply.
Do I send another message giving new dates or give 24 hr notice to say I'm coming around on a date.

I'd give the 24 hrs notice at this point.
