Just a quick query about what you guys know in this area. I'm looking to take out a home emergency insurance policy and found a good one here: https://www.bestpricefs.co.uk/home-emergency-cover. What attracted me was the boiler cover included, surprisingly cheap so hopefully doesn't mean it's not actually going to help me.

The only thing is about this is that it doesn't specify anything about being a landlord, it just says the home has to be your primary place of dwelling etc. As I'm only renting out a room to lodgers, this technically is my house so I won't need a specific Landlord's Home Emergency Cover - is this correct?

Always best to contact the service provider and get them to clarify in writing ....
