First time poster, experienced landlord with 9 properties looking for advice and first hand experience on selling as a portfolio. All properties rented with decent yields. Any tips or recommendations gratefully received

Aside from the tax planning side of it, I'd have thought you'd be looking at a pretty small market if you wanted to sell it all as one package. I'm guessing we're looking at a value in the low millions. There aren't going to be many new landlords who are prepared to commit at that level, and there aren't going to be many experienced landlords who would want to take on somebody else's project.
