New to the forum . I am in the process of leasing to a charity that houses vulnerable adults . I own the property outright, no mortgage . Can anyone advise on Landlords Insurance ? Recommendations and costs

You're going to need to get in touch with a broker - almost all standard landlord insurance products don't cover renting to organisations, because they're a commercial let.
