Hello everyone and i'm new to the forum.

I'm currently an expat and looking to open an SPV but the problem I'm facing is that i can't find any expat limited company BTL mortgages. I've done a search online and search this forum but there isn't a topic on this matter.

*edited* I've also spoke to an expat broker (UK based) and they  offered me 3 products. The broker fees is on the pricy side of 2.5k per mortgage so I'm researching on going direct.

I want to ask are there any expats in this forum which has found BTL financing for Expat Limited Company? if so, who's the provider?

I don't know any UK companies providing finance to ex-pats who don't use a broker. It's not something I do for a living, but it's quite a broker centric process.
