Everyone must get a Makita drill driver and a Makita impact driver added into there tool kits.  You will not beleive the ease of use these things have and the jobs you can put them to.  Plus they will out live you.
I used them a few weeks ago and i was very impressed i brought the set lol, will look to build on my Makita tool range in the future.
OK WAKE UP EVERYONE LOL

You do ?!!

I WAS thinking about buying a nice little pink tool set .... but then I thought why buy one when I can just get other people to fix/do stuff.

Plus I just borrow and never give back haha its cheaper.

That's what i'm talking about. If you can't steal borrow tools from family, who can you borrow from?

Yep!

Pink? I really do get satisfaction with doing things myself. I had to dismantle a bed to put my pole up in my old flat. Just before we moved I had to put it back together all on my own and it was put together better than the landlord did it!

I was really proud for days!  ;D

Good work Moo, please tell us more about this pole you have ! lol

Fee Fee a pink set, OMG i have learnt over the years to buy tools of good quality as you only end up replacing substandard peices in the end.  Please buy good quality well known named gear.  ::)

I think the pink sets where made to encourage women to do more diy,

why has the guy next door got one !!

That's so true.

Well, I don't own any tools as I mentioned. But i've noticed the difference between good and bad quality tools, especially with screw drivers. Cheap screwdrivers are always really light, and the ends get blunt and out of shape whenever any force is applied when tightening/loosening a screw. Good quality screwdrivers are so much heavier and they can stand pressure without getting out of shape.

Anyways, that's just from my limited experience :)

DONT buy from pound world or the range lol.  infact dont buy anything from these places as its all cheap crap and it dont last.  My mate buys all his stuff from the range, and it falls to bits, he is always moaning about the quality of the stuff and the fact it keeps breaking or it dont look right etc etc.  But as soon as he sees a good set of screw drivers will cost 20-30 quid he goes back and buys a 3 quid set. For the love of your god. stop buying shit people.
