I rent out my property in Kent.....whilst renting a property in London to be close to my work
I had to travel 2 hours driving from Margate., then staying at my brothers property during the week
But it became awkward to stay there on a long term basis
Can I claim my rent on my London property on my tax return ?

Have you checked HM Gov website - believe outlines "allowable expenses" & getting more prob possibility with expertise that would cost you far more if you aint got it.
