Hi I purchased a 1 bed end terraced house recently which was freehold on completion.
Since putting a tenant in it's become apparant the local Barron land adjacent to the house belongs to me and came with the freehold without restrictions.
What would you all do in my position.sell? find a builder to build.?get planning.im not sure who to approach or how it all works.although I'm a professional landlord with 7 properties I've not dealt with land before.
Can you please advise
