Best way to clean grout on floor tiles

Can anyone recommend a quick, easy and effective method at cleaning the grout in between ceramic floor tiles?

You could get a grout whitener pen. They are not bad, for the outlay. Bit manual labour intensive, but not to extent of re-grouting.
