Hi there, just a quick question on my eviction notice (the reasons for my eviction don't matter), it has the property managers name down as the landlord, twice, he is not....does this mean it is invalid

Which name appears on your tenancy contract? By property manager do you mean this is a freehold flat you are renting,or is this a letting agent who manages for your landlord?

I meant to say leasehold,not freehold.If the former,your landlord would need permission to rent it out,which could impact on you.The reasons for the eviction could be relevant, but  I think this is a valid notice,the landlord can appoint them to act for him as I understand it.
