Hope all are doing well after the heatwave! My friend and I, life-long renters, created a shared administrative check-in / check-out web app: https://tenantbuddy.co.uk/

We're not looking to make any money or upsell anything, no login, no cookies. In fact the whole app is completely open source here: https://github.com/Tenant-Buddy/tenant-buddy -- so you can copy, change or run it yourself.

We created this as something that we wish would have existed when we moved rentals in the past. It's focused on protecting us, the tenants, during the move.
