I am a housing Association tenant living in my property for 4 years. this year they started a renovation programme and fitting new kitchen and bathrooms.
they said they will do the work in 2 weeks.
the work started on the 3rd of March. it s been 2 months, the job is not finished, no one comes or contacted us, the housing association asks us to call the contractors, they don't pick up, if they do they say they will come but no one turns up.
Advices would be greatly appreciated because I am at the end of my tether..

Speak to the person paying the contractors to do the work.
