Good evening to you all! I am having doubts about the Section 21 Notice Requiring Possession I have been given (please see the attachment). I rent my flat (1 year AST) from an agency, which acts on behalf of the Landlord. In part II of the Notice, it states to provide ,,Name & address of the landlord", however what has been filled in is the name of the landlord (,,XYZ Company Limited") only, and then the name and the full address of the landlord's agent. Does this discrepancy make the notice invalid?

It's unlikely to. While you can demand the name and address of your Landlord if you really want that - and it must be provided - when serving notices (either way, really) you just need an address that a notice can be served upon - if the Landlord employs an Agent to manage the property then you can imagine that it would be appropriate for the Agent's address to be provided.

When Tenants receive a Section 21, the approach to take is not about defending it tooth-and-nail. Really, it's not. That's just a "stay of execution" and even the most incompetent and idiotic Landlord (or Agent) is going to get it correct at some point. Ease your stress levels, start to look for somewhere else to live and the fight can fall by the wayside (hopefully).
