Hello,

I'm looking for a property, after the second time of being evicted due to the landlord closing their rental business. Does anyone have a list of all national estate agents policies for referencing as it seems all of them have different rules and what they accept with tenants. It's very disheartening to apply and then find out you don't fit that agents criteria.

I doubt it exists.  Most outsource their referencing.

No agent (or landlord) in their right mind would publish their acceptance criteria. And certainly not honestly.
Most agents wouldn't know how their credit scoring works anyway.

Have you any idea what the issues might be that cause your applications to fail? There is a lot of competition at present for renting in many areas,so anything that might have been discretionary at one time could be viewed differently now.
