Hi

I bought a lease for commercial business, it has been 2 months so far. In these 2 months I have tried to contact landlord via telephone and letters, he has not replied to any. I need his consent for various improvements.

What are my options? Would going to his office to speak with him directly be a good idea?

Any help would be appreciated
