Hello

Yesterday we were given notice on our home (30th November) as our landlord is being forced to sell the house. (Long story but he's in prison and the house is 'in trust')  An offer has been accepted on the house but the estate agent is still trying to make appointments with us to bring people round to view the property.  It isn't always possible and when they do come around, it winds our dogs up and as we don't want people accusing us of out of control dogs etc. we would rather not allow people to view while we're still tenants.

Are we within our rights to refuse until we have moved or do we have to allow people to view the property?

Thank you

Riptide

Yes you are if you feel you are being harassed.
